For years, higher education was seen only as a pipeline for delivery of entry-level employees. Today, as employees expect more educational assistance and continued skills training, many businesses are turning to higher education as a partner in employee growth and development. This presentation focuses on some of the innovative ways higher education is collaborating with businesses to deliver personal, professional, and organizational talent solutions in all areas of the ATD capability model.
