To inspire followership, leaders need to make authentic connections, navigate complexity with poise, and communicate their ideas and goals with passion and commitment. In this experience, we’ll learn a practical model for leadership presence, explore how expressive storytelling can help audiences connect with a speaker’s message, and reflect on how to use these skills in a real business context.
