Don Hutson grew up in Memphis and received his Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee. Don brings over 25 years of organizational development and performance improvement experience within manufacturing and corporate groups across multiple industries. He is currently the Corporate Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Training, and Development for MLH. His skills include group facilitation, team building, leadership development, organizational design, process improvement, training development/delivery, change management, and culture change. Don is committed to the principle of improving results by leveraging the diversity within teams.
Don also serves as the co-chairman of the Family Partners Council's Quality & Safety Committee at Le Bonheur Children's hospital. He is currently working on ways to build an even stronger culture of patient centered care within Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.
