Jacqueline Dutsch, CPLP, SPHR is the Learning Program Manager at Hilton Worldwide University with responsibility for managing the design and development of global learning programs that have a proven impact on the strategic objectives of the organization. Jacqueline has 19 years of experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development and holds a Masters degree in Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University. She earned her CPLP in 2012 with Learning Design as her area of expertise. She has diversified experience in hospitality, gaming, professional services, and government. Jacqueline, specializes in Learning Design, Facilitation, Performance Improvement, and Project Management.
