Ask Better Questions. Get Better Results
A Socratic Framework for Learning, Engagement, and Behavior Change
February 10 | 11:30 a.m. CT | Zoom
In this interactive virtual session, Steven will introduce a practical Socratic training framework built around four intentional question types: Recall, Reasoning, Consequence, and Value. Participants will experience how structured questioning can move learners beyond simple content recall to deeper understanding, emotional engagement, and meaningful behavior change.
Designed for in-person training, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and everyday leadership conversations, this framework gives facilitators and leaders a repeatable way to improve engagement and ownership.
Attendees will leave with a clear, adaptable model they can immediately apply to technical training, professional development, safety discussions, and coaching conversations—making learning more impactful long after the session ends.
