Before starting her mentoring business, Tammy Zurak amassed twenty-six years of hands on experience working from the ground level up in sales and sales management in the corporate world and a degree in organizational management.  Some of the more well-known companies she has worked for included Cars.com, Penske, Sears, and Goodyear.  Her successes include growing regional revenue almost 400%, creating new company wide service and human resource standards, and developing teams that not only produced multi millions in revenue dollars and numerous sales award winners, but also resulted in countless promotions of her staff along the way.

Her biggest takeaway from this body of experience is that when competing in any market for your slice of the pie, the only way to set oneself and one’s business or team apart is to build a rock solid personal brand.
