ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Dr. Victoria David is a higher education administrator with 15+ years of leadership development experience with a focus on community-engaged scholarship and boundary spanning leadership. She worked 11 years for the University of Georgia in Diversity Affairs where she provided leadership for faculty, staff and student involved diversity initiatives in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. She led collaborations with departments and programs campus-wide. Currently, Victoria works as curriculum manager for the graduate education in biomedical sciences program at Morehouse School of Medicine. Her research has continued in the areas of leadership and boundary spanning, with a focus on graduate students as health equity boundary spanners. Victoria designs and develops training materials and conducts workshops on personal and team development, focus group facilitation, and leadership. She has worked with university departments, community service organizations, faith-based organizations, and small businesses.
