Join us to learn about Chick-fil-A’s training philosophy and culture, how they shifted their service delivery model due to COVID, and learn strategies you can use to develop a similar training culture at your organization.
About Ms. Fredricks
Jessica Fredericks is the General Manager of Chick-fil-A Germantown. She has worked for the organization in various roles since 2005. As Marketing Director, she developed and executed comprehensive annual marketing plans tailored to the local restaurant concept and community. In 2018, she transitioned to the operations side where she’s worked to establish a talent pipeline where existing leaders develop future leaders. She is also passionate about cultivating high-performing leaders through professional development, mentoring, coaching, and accountability. Today, she oversees 150 team members in all departments human resources, administration, operations, and marketing. In a few months, she and her family will be relocating to the other Germantown, in Maryland, to join Chick-fil-A Germantown as Marketing Director. Jessica earned her BA from the University of Memphis.
