Program Description

Performance management is an acute pain for most companies. Managers are late and employees are angry and blindsided. The feedback session becomes more about compensation than performance or growth and development.

There are two reasons why performance management fails, and they have nothing to do with the form, goals, technology or the process. Failures regarding performance management happens long before the actual conversation.
