Program Description
Steven Aronson, ATD member and board member for more than 10 years, will discuss how COVID-19 caused training to intersect with operations and safety.
As Training Manager for U.S. Properties and Facilities at FedEx. Steven implemented automated fever screening for multiple high volume facilities locally and nationally, sourcing vendors for screening technology.
That project has grown to working with developers and vendors overseas to implement electronic tag-based distancing and contact training systems mask compliance detection for 50,000 employees.
Training requirements change to meet those needs with larger working spaces, and instructional design for video and online.
Steven received a Five Star Award for his intervention.
