Novel Ideas: Doing What You Do A Different Way During the Pandemic
Tuesday, April 28, 11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
Virtual Zoom Meeting
ATD Memphis is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by following health and safety guidelines promulgated by federal, state, and local authorities. ATD Memphis canceled its physical meeting. However, to continue our professional educational mission while contributing to the community efforts of safety and wellness, we are providing a free online, interactive program that addresses how Training Development (TD) and Talent Management (TM) functions of companies are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program will be moderated by a few of our ATD Memphis board members: Steven Aronson (FedEx), Christine Essery (Transnetyx), and Debra Bennett (Regions Bank).
The goal is to learn what other organizations are doing. We will have a short introduction gleaned from national resources. Then, the members will be asked what they are doing to continue their TD & TM mission, such as success stories, best or "novel" practices used to achieve results, processes to deal with the rapidly changing environment, etc. Time will be provided for participants to query colleagues online for suggestions to manage their difficult situations. Register, join, and participate in this informative and interactive program.
The link to join the Zoom Meeting, ID, and Password will be provided in your registration email.
