Audience Engagement and Facilitation Techniques

Learning Jolts

Steven Aronson, Manager of Properties Training at FedEx, will share 4 activities to engage your students during instructor lead training sessions. Each activity will start with a demonstration of the activity, then Steven will teach you how it is done. After you have the know how, Steven will discuss when and why to use each of the learning jolts.

This will be a fun and interactive event. Audience participation is encouraged.

Not a facilitator? Come and learn some of the secrets behind the curtain while networking with other professionals in the training and development field.
