Ed Champagne, author of “The 3 L’S Leading, Learning, and Laughing” has had an extensive and varied career in service to others. Originally from New Hampshire, he has lived and worked in a number of states across the country. Ed has served as a teacher, a college administrator, professor, a counseling psychologist, a naval officer, and a leadership and human resource consultant. As part of his consulting firm, Command Consulting, Ed has worked with over one hundred clients in 12 countries. He organized three corporate universities and was part of establishing learning and development in many others. He spent a combination of thirty years of active duty and reserve duty with the Navy, retiring as a Commander. Ed graduated from the University of Maine at Machias, completed a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern Maine, received a General Electric Fellowship in Group Dynamics at Boston University, and completed his doctorate from American University.
