The Spirit of Innovation: How New Ideas

Improve Corporate Culture and Training

Willingness to take risks is a key component in fostering growth in your area of responsibility. Taylor Tagg from the City of Memphis Entrepreneurs Network Center will share insights from meeting with hundreds of small business owners and offer anecdotes on how the innovative spirit can benefit your company and inspire new avenues for training.

Taylor Tagg has over twenty five years of experience in accounting, finance, training development, speaking, writing, facilitating, and coaching. A servant leader, he works with the City of Memphis in small business development, helping minority-owned and women-owned businesses get the technical training, financial assistance, and coaching they need to take the next step in their evolution.

Taylor is a personal development writer, having authored Enrich Your Sunrise, The Path to a Peaceful Heart, and co-authored the international best seller Adversity to Advantage. He is also a writing contributor to Thrive Global, HuffPost, and The Good Men Project.

Taylor hosts a podcast called The Journey to Fulfilling Relationships that discusses best practices for more meaningful connections in business, at home, and in life.

A graduate of Rhodes College, Taylor is passionate about helping people grow and contribute to their community. He is a volunteer at Youth Villages, Chairman of the Father Joseph Tagg Angel of Kindness Foundation, a living kidney donor, and advocate for organ donation.
