David Gross joined Capstone Sales Performance as an associate in 2017. Former service in the United States Navy and business ownership has equipped David to bring years of leadership and sales experience to the team. To say David is passionate about helping clients reach their goals is an understatement. Helping others succeed is his #1 motivator and has been most of his life. "Coaching is in my nature. I started leading and mentoring when I was in the military. I discovered what I was great at, and it quickly became my passion." David connects with clients further upstream to identify other factors in their lives that may be holding them back from reaching their sales goals.
As a growing professional, he understands the importance of continuous learning. David became a member of Toastmasters International in 2017. After a year in the program, he has earned the award of competent communicator. He will talk about how Toastmasters has reinforced confidence in his speaking and leadership skills.
