This interactive lunch and learn session will explore how coaching really works (and when it really doesn’t). Participants will learn what effective coaching is, who’s worth receiving it, and how to apply it in just the right spot for a variety of industry improvement practices. Group personal/professional coaching will be provided for a hands-on, real-time experience with white board coaching tools. Evidence for the connection between coaching best practices, culture shifts and lasting change, will be shared and discussed.
