How neuroscience can help you tune your brain for optimal experience and peak performance.


In this presentation Dr. Dale Foster, Clinical Neuropsychologist and brain fitness coach, will discuss and demonstrate cutting edge neuroscience that is enabling us to optimize brain function for peak performance and experience. With over 25 years of experience applying neuroscience to help clients overcome problems, eliminate symptoms and achieve optimal function, Dr. Foster will expose an array of techniques that are evidence-based and available to all. 

About the speaker:

Dr. Foster is a Licensed Psychologist, and a Clinical Neuropsychologist. He is a Board Certified Senior Fellow 2 of the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) in Neurofeedback, holds a Diplomate in Quantitative EEG from the American Board of Quantitative EEG, is listed on the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and has published in the field of Neurofeedback helping to establish standards of efficacy. He is a founder and President of Memphis Integral Neurofeedback Institute, LLC and has been in private practice as a licensed psychologist since 1989. He serves children, adults, families, trauma survivors, individuals interested in peak performance, corporations and churches.  Dr. Foster specializes in integrating clinical & counseling psychology and neuropsychology with a wide range of applied neuroscience techniques. He earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis in 1989, a Masters’ Degree in Counseling at Harding School of Theology in 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from David Lipscomb University in 1980. He received post-doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Memphis, Parkwood Hospital and Ralph Reitan Labs. With training and expertise in neuroscience, positive psychology, social science, and spirituality, Dr. Foster works with people of all ages to improve health, performance and quality of life.
