How does YOUR organization resolve conflict?

Because conflict is inevitable and a fact of life in the workplace, organizations need effective Conflict Management Systems that are corporation specific to address their distinct needs. Further, by resolving conflict, many problems can be resolved successfully. Additionally, organizations gain the following benefits: a peaceful resolution of conflict, increased understanding, increased group cohesion, improved self-knowledge, a higher quality, more professional work environment and opportunities for individual and organizational growth / improvements. Corporations need an effective Conflict Management System. I will provide a glimpse into a program that I have developed that will assist professionals in preventing, identifying and resolving conflict at every level of their organization.

About the Presenter

Mediation allows parties to resolve issues themselves, thus empowering them to make their own decisions rather than relinquish that power to the court. I became a mediator because I know that mediation is an effective way to resolve conflicts among parties.
